Project Manager

1) Reports to Division Manager;
2) Supervise the preparation of plans and documents such as:
a. Project Schedule;
b. Equipment and Instrument Specification;
c. Bill of Material/Quantities;
d. Sub-contract Scope of Work / Supply;
e. Progress Reports and Billing;
3) Review the work of the Project Engineers and CAD operator in the preparation of:
a. Building and installation permit application plans/drawings/documents;
b. Mechanical and electrical plans such as:
i. Process and Instrument Diagram;
ii. General Arrangement Drawing;
iii. Tank, Structures Primary Piping Support plans/drawings;
iv. Mechanical Installation plans/drawings such as Piping Route, Piping Isometric, 
Secondary Support etc.;
v. Electrical Installation plans/drawings such as Cable and Conduit Schedule, 
Cable Route, etc.;
vi. Final Document;
4) Liaise with the customer, general contractor, government agencies, industrial park 
management, and other parties.
5) In charge of the overall site management/project supervision;
6) Full-time position.

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable University;
2) 3 – 5 years of experience in project management of industrial facilities and/or installation of electro-mechanical equipment. Experience in water/wastewater treatment or pumping station construction is an advantage;
3) Working knowledge in the application of various electro-mechanical equipment and instruments;
4) Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision/management;
5) Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment plant processes is an advantage;
6) Proficient in general engineering principles;
7) Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
8) Can handle multiple tasks often with competing deadlines;
9) Must have a good scholastic record;
10) Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites
