Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Handles Guest, Clients or Suppliers and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Handles inbound and outbound calls, Mails and Deliveries
• Responsible in scheduling appointments and reservation
• Provides admin support to other department as needed
• Manages visitor and access control
• Ensures safety and security of the premise

Job Description:

• Candidate must possess any Bachelor's Degree
• With at least 1 year relevant work experience as Receptionist or in Customer Service field.
• Flexible and fast in picking up instructions;
• Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills and coordination skills
