Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including software engineers, architects, and other technical staff.Oversee the delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Collaborate with other departments, including product management, sales, and customer support, to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.Ensure the technical quality of all deliverables, including software applications, technical documentation, and other technical artifacts.Mentor and develop team members, helping them to improve their technical skills and grow in their careers.Manage technical budgets, including the allocation of resources, and ensure that all technical expenditures are properly accounted for.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for technology investments that will benefit the organization.Represent the technology team in internal and external meetings and forums.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of technical experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading technical teams.Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and systems engineering.Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team of technical professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
