Senior Server Engineer

Job description

Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, troubleshooting and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.

Serves as the technical expert in the area of servers, storage, virtualization, datacenter, enterprise platforms and in the area of systems administration.

Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems, system applications and service optimizations to ensure highest systems availability.

Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.

Identifies methods, solutions, and handles escalated systems issues and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of IT systems.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience as Systems Engineer

• Fluent in Oral and Written English Communication Skill

• Results-Oriented, Solution Finder, Deadline-Driven, Proactive and a Multi-Tasker

• Excellent Interpersonal Skill

• Can work on a Rotational Work Shifts

• Ability to lead a major initiatives and projects

• Advance Proficiency on the following technical skill

• *Systems Design and Architectural Expertise

• *O365 (Frontend and Backend)

• *Technical Solutioning and Troubleshooting

• * Documentation

• *Microsoft Technology

• **Active Directory

• **Windows Server

• **Powershell Scripting

• *DNS

• *DHCP

• *Patch Management

• *Virtualization Infrastructure such as VMWare, Hype-V, Citrix and Nutanix(desired)

• *Data Protection and Backup System such as Veeam

• *Asset Management

• *Email Platform such as Exchange

• *Instant Messaging Platform

• *Document Collaboration Platform

• *Information Security and Security Audit such as PCI, SOC2, HIPAA, Vulnerability and Penetration Testing and Handlings, Endpoint Security, Multi-Factor Authentication, Certificates/SSL

• *Managed File Transfer

• *System Monitoring Platform

• *Other Desired Qualifications such as AWS, O365, Azure Cloud-Platform

Educational Qualification:

• Computer Engineering, Science Graduates /Diploma & Above

• MCSA / MCSE

• ITIL V4 Awareness Training
