Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their home insurance inquiries and problems.
Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls and emails.
Needed Qualifications
At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school (new curriculum).
Excellent communication skills.
One month BPO experience
