Planning Manager from Construction industry

Project length: The projection is 1 year
Contract term: Project-based, 6 months (extended contract if passed the 6 months testing period)
Project: Factory; civil works and site development first

Duties and Responsibilities:
・Project planning, schedule development, and maintenance.
・Management of the progress measurement system and reporting set-up and implementation.
・Progress / performance evaluation and reporting.
・Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation/monitoring.
・Project budget set-up and cost control.
・Tender preparation/adjudication
・Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update, and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.
・Performs related duties as required.

Project Location: Calaca, Batangas
Staff House will be provided
The interview will be face-to-face at the client's Makati office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Working hours will be discussed once given final instructions from our management　　

Qualifications:
・Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
・With at least 10 years of experience in Planning in a construction company
・Preferably a licensed Professional Civil Engineer
・Able to perform jobs effectively with basic construction knowledge and measurement skills; can work independently with minimum assistance
