Deskripsyon:
ESH Professional/Site Safety Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the ESH aspects of the services performed at site.
1. Person has completed safety training from a registered Safety Training Organization (NIOSH) & shall be certified yellow book holder and registered under DOSH
2. Focused on tools & equipment usage that relates to electricity, chemical storage, water, PPE, labeling, ergonomic work methods, job delegation by age group & other related issues & help to record the PPE issuance.
3. Assist ESH team in conducting ESH monitoring and implementing of site ESH programs
4. Generate documentation on ESH monitoring results, ESH reports and ensure ESH documents are up to date.
5. Assist ESH team in conducting ESH audits to ensure site compliance.
6. Assist ESH team in generating CAPA for identification issues to help improve site ESH performance.
7. Maintain ESH tools/Equipment calibration up to date
8. Must attend all the work permit meeting physically or online during the review
9. Required to be 5 days a week to perform below task
a. Ensure the compliance of safety regulations to all ESH National Legal Requirements.
b. Ensure the compliance of safety regulations to ESH Standard and customer's ESH standards.
c. Ensure regular ESH training and supervision.
d. To perform analysis on near miss, safety findings and implement forward action
e. To perform incident investigation, corrective action and preventive action.
f. To perform weekly inspection on the work site to ensure zero non-compliance together with Site Management rep.
g. To coordinate and prepare the work permit, JHA, work procedure in relation to work.
h. To perform waste analysis and provide action to reduce.
i. To conduct ESH meeting among team to increase engagement among the team members and resolve any safety issues.
j. To ensure all incidents (including near miss, injury, property damages and health issue) are reported to customer.
k. To conduct awareness and culture improvement program.
l. To perform related ESH duty as per required from time to time.
m. To submit the weekly report to ESH & FESH Management for review.
