Tele Sales Representative

Assigned countries: Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos

Job Descriptions

-Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

-Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those requirements.

-Answer inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

-Track and report progress towards sales targets and objectives.

-Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.

-Educate customers about the benefits and features of the offerings

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

-Handle objections and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

-Record detailed call notes and customer interactions in CRM systems.

-Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proven sales experience, preferably in telemarketing or inside sales.

-Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

-Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.

-Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
