Demonstrates ability to multitask effectively.
Meets daily quotas and performance KPIs.
Avoids delays in responding to emails, follow-ups, or call-backs.
Stays on schedule while handling complex cases.
Balances quantity and quality of work.
Avoids unnecessary call transfers to reduce wait times.
Uses idle time productively for team or admin support.
Punctual in logging in and out of scheduled shifts.
Basic understanding of common medical terms.
Familiarity with health insurance, copays, and deductibles.
Previous experience in a healthcare BPO or hospital environment.
Knowledgeable in outpatient and inpatient procedures.
