GSD Senior Officer for a Japanese Engineering comp

Executes the functions of the Security Management Office, including but not limited to maintenance and implementation of security systems, programs, policies, and procedures. Reviews and improves systems/procedures for effective security administration. 

Office and building premises security administration 
・Oversees implementation of physical security monitoring and access control system within the building, which includes employees, service personnel, visitors, vendors, collectors, and job applicants. 
・Reviews all security-related reports and recommends action, as necessary. 
・Evaluates security comparative proposal and makes recommendations. 

Security Parking Administration 
・Implements parking assignments for Managers, Expats, and Company Vehicles at the 2nd and 3rd floors,  and Employees' basement parking on a first-come, first-served basis. 
・Oversees the implementation of Overnight Parking Clearance. 
・Implements "no car washing" of personal cars at parking areas. 

Access Control System 
overseeing and maintaining the functionality of access doors, coordinating necessary repairs, managing the issuance and activation of company access cards for employees and visitors, and ensuring the secure collection of access cards from departing personnel, thereby upholding the organization's security protocols and facilitating smooth access operations.

Security Improvements/Programs 
overseeing and implementing security enhancements and system updates as necessary. This includes participating in both internal and external audits related to physical security, reviewing and updating existing security policies and procedures, coordinating with project teams on office renovations or expansions that may impact current security systems and protocols, and evaluating security improvement initiatives proposed by service providers to ensure the building's security operations remain effective and up-to-date.

CCTV System 
manages the CCTV system by reviewing and evaluating CCTV reports, preparing and submitting weekly summary reports, reviewing CCTV guidelines for improvements, handling CCTV viewing requests, evaluating the results of such requests, overseeing CCTV contract renewals, preparing annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for CCTV operations, implementing retention policies for CCTV recordings, coordinating with the IT department for storage management, recommending and overseeing CCTV system upgrades, and coordinating with project teams and service providers for any changes affecting the CCTV system.

Experienced in managing teams and supervising staff in a managerial capacity.
Possesses 5–10 years of professional experience in the same JD.
Must be graduates of any Engineering or business-related course.
