MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Promote the product to different establishments through Online, Field, and Client Visits.
•    Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
•    Manage and promote the social media account of the company's product.
•    Develop and maintain positive client relationships to build business relationships.
•    Handles client/ customers' product inquiries and after-sales.
•    Provide and maintain excellent customer service.
•    Maintaining the confidentiality of the files including but not limited to updating the records of the necessary details related to company’s sales and transactions.
•    Work with the sales team to identify market demand, target sales, and other opportunities for new growth and development.
•    Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

•    College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related courses
•    At least 6 months of working experience in the marketing or sales industry, preferably with background in selling cosmetics, vitamins or pharmaceutical products
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application like Canva
•    Must have good written and verbal communication skills
•    Highly creative and competent
•    Detail–oriented, Organized, Team player
•    Good interpersonal skills, reliable and hardworking
•    Flexible, self - starter and can work with less supervision.
