Call Center Agent - Pasig Site

We are hiring Call Center Agents for Pasig Site!

Salary:

• Up to 25,000 monthly basic
• 13th Month Pay
• Paid Trainings
• Paid Sick & Vacation Leaves
• HMO
• Company Sponsored Trips or Retreats

Qualifications:

• BPO experience is not required
• Good English communication skills
• High School / SHS graduates are welcome to apply
• With basic computer knowledge
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
• Amenable to work ONSITE ( Pasig Site)

Job responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
