Executive Driver

This is an urgent requirement [Start date will be October 4, 2024]

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Fetching and welcoming clients at the beginning of their trip
2.      Pick up clients from the place and time they’ve requested
3.      Loading and unloading clients’ possessions, as required
4.      Traveling via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed
5.      Complying with road regulations at all times
6.      Ensuring the clients’ identities and conversations remain confidential
7.      Ensuring the automobile remains clean and well maintained (inside and outside of the car)
8.      Monitor regular car service appointments and report any issues to the Admin Specialist

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1.      Valid Driver’s License (Professional)
2.      Thorough understanding of road regulations
3.      Clear criminal records
4.      Neatly presented and professional
5.      Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
6.      Punctual and reliable
7.      Ability to work during the evening and on weekends as necessary
8.      Prior experience as a Personal Driver is an advantage

Note: English communication is enough but knowledge of basic Nihongo is a plus
